2. Overview

This website is under construction. No cookies for marketing or analytics purposes are set and no visitor tracking services (such as Google Analytics) are used. Personal data is only processed where necessary to operate the website or handle your requests.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server in the Netherlands (Novacloud, Amsterdam). When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, time of access, page accessed, user agent) in server log files. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation).

4. Contact form

When you send us a request via the form, we process the data you provide (name optional, email address, subject, message) to handle your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

The data is sent to our inbox by email (email service workspace.org with spam protection) and deleted once the request is completed and statutory retention periods have expired.

5. Newsletter / launch notification

If you opt in to the optional launch notification, we use your email address exclusively for these notifications. Consent is separate and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future (e.g. by email to info@zeydjewels.com). Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
